The rethinkALZ and refocusALZ clinical research trials are evaluating the safety and effectiveness of a new investigational drug for people diagnosed with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer’s disease, either Stage 4 or Stage 5 on the Alzheimer’s continuum.

ALL ELIGIBLE STUDY PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE AT NO COST:
CONSULTATION WITH A STUDY DOCTOR
STUDY DRUGS
STUDY-RELATED CARE AND VISITS
These studies involve people who have experienced a gradual and progressive change in memory for more than six months. If you’ve been diagnosed with either Stage 4 or Stage 5 on the Alzheimer’s continuum, you may pre-qualify for participation.
The primary goal of these studies is to determine the safety and tolerability of a new investigational medicine, Simufilam, and its role in slowing cognitive and functional decline.
Participants are being sought for both studies. If you qualify, participation will last either 52 or 76 weeks, or more. You will receive study-related drugs and procedures at no cost to you. No hospitalization is required, and you may be compensated for your travel and time for each visit.
